1. Presentation

Akrivia SA (hereafter “Akrivia”) provides access to and use of its website (the “Website”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). 2. Akrivia’s Intellectual Property Rights

Akrivia owns the Website. The information, images, graphics, music, artworks, videos and other content provided, presented or displayed on the Website, and the software used for the Website may contain confidential information or information protected by intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, Akrivia retains all intellectual property rights related to the Website or the information, images, graphics, music, artworks, videos and other content provided, presented or displayed on the Website, excluding any information, images, graphics, music, artworks, videos and other content reproduced with indication of their source. The Website and any necessary software used in connection with it may contain confidential information protected by the intellectual property regulations in force or any other laws that may apply. In no event shall Akrivia, its Directors, Principals, Employees, Board Members, Interns, Volunteers, Agents and Representatives be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of data, income or profit, punitive damages or other damages whatsoever arising out or in connection with this Website, including but not limited to service interruption, outside intrusion, IT virus or any event due to force majeure. Akrivia expressly disclaims all liability in respect to damages related to information, images, graphics, music, artworks, videos and other content provided, presented or displayed on the Website. The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. The user acknowledges and agrees that Akrivia does not control the websites of third parties and cannot be held responsible for their content, data protection policy or for any other reason.

5. Information Akrivia collects

When you use the Website, Akrivia’s servers automatically record certain log file information, including but not limited to your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, operating system and Internet browser type, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, plug-ins, add-ons, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Website, domain names, landing pages and pages visited. Akrivia may also collect similar information from emails sent to a user which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by the user. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Website.

Akrivia may use third-party analytics tools, which use Cookies and similar technologies, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Website.
